1. The prompter is H&B Group Limited a company incorporated in England with registered number OC356617 and having its registered office at Suite 22-23 Shenley Pavilions, Chalkdell Drive, Shenley Wood, Milton Keynes, MK5 6LB.

2. These terms and conditions apply to the prize draw should read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure they understand them before entering the draw. By entering the draw, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. In order to be eligible for the prize, the customer must spend £500 (Ex-VAT) on Knauf (UK) GmbH products (as defined below and via the following link (https://www.knauf.co.uk/our-services/resources/price-list-documentation/knauf-price-list-gb) with a minimum of £250 (Ex-VAT) on Performance and Elite plasterboard (as defined below and via the above link):

5. All invoices must clearly show 'Knauf' or the Knauf material number within the product description to allow for identification of the products.

6. The prize draw will run from 00:01 hrs on 1st September 2024 (the "Opening Date") to 23.59 hrs on 30th November 2024 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

7. All purchases must be made between the Opening Date and Closing Date and the form must also be submitted by the Closing Date.

8. The winners will be drawn at random from the valid entries received. The first entry drawn will win the first prize, the second the second prize and so on.

9. Prize draw winners will be announced via the website on Monday 16th December 2024 ("Announcement Date").

10. Entries are limited to 1 entrant per Group company (if applicable).

11. The prize draw is open to all account customers of H&B Group members except:

11.1 Employees of H&B, Knauf UK GmbH or its holding or subsidiary companies.

11.2 Employees of agents or suppliers of H&B Group or Knauf UK GmbH or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or

11.3 Members of the immediate families or households of 11.1 and 11.2 above.

12. If the company participating and benefitting from the prize draw fails to provide the requested and required information, or it becomes apparent that the entry does not meet the terms and conditions in full, H&B Group reserves the right to disqualify the company from the draw with immediate effect with no liability on the part of H&B Group or Knauf UK GmbH.

13. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so as per these terms and conditions and are eligible to claim any prize you may win. H&B Group may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw. In circumstances where you enter the prize draw on behalf of you employer, H&B Group reserves the right to award the prize to your employer or request written consent from your employer that you may retain the prize.

14. H&B Group reserves the right to remove an entry, where a customer returns a product linked to the draw.

15. The prizes do not include insurance, on-going maintenance costs, warranty or other fee payable for the transfer of the prize. No fuel is included.

16. It's the winner's responsibility to ensurte they have the correct vehicle license to drive the van.

17. Prizes will be exchanged in the following way:

17.1 1st Prize: The van will be presented at the H&B Group member where the purchase was made. A date will be agreed that suits all parties.

17.2 2nd and 3rd Prizes: These will be delivered to the company address completed on the entry form. Dates to be confirmed with the winners.

18. H&B Group reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond H&B Group's control makes it necessary to do so.

19. The prize is not negotiable or transferable. There is no cash alternative to prize on offer in whole or in part.

20. H&B Group will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the telephone number or email address given on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 30 days of the Announcement Date, H&B Group reserves the right to have a prize rerdraw.

21. By entering this prize draw winners agree to take part in reasonable publicity, including social media posts, PR and email communications, in connection with the promotion with no recompense.

22. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on the customer's behalf.

23. H&B Group does not accept responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

24. Insofar as is permitted by law, H&B Group, its agent or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of H&B Group, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.

26. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, H&B Group may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude a customer from participating in the prize draw.

27. H&B Group reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

28. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
